On a cool autumn night, watching a giant orange moon rise over Blueberry Lane, Phoebe has one of her sudden ideas: we’ll throw a Harvest Moon Ball!
The next day, Phoebe shares her plan with all her friends. They’ll wear their finest outfits and there will be a dance contest with different awards (Best Costume, Best Partner Dance, Best Dancer, etc.). With so many medals and ribbons to go around, nearly everyone will win something!
Later, Phoebe’s friends gather in secret and decide that she’s going to win the grand prize for Best Dancer, no matter what it takes. Tiger reminds everyone that Phoebe has done so much for them and for everyone in the neighborhood; the least they can do is to honor her in this manner.
The day of the Harvest Moon Ball arrives. Who will win Best Partner Dance, Best Costume, Best Square Dance and Best Line Dance? How will the friends work together to ensure that Phoebe wins the biggest award of the night?
